Hướng dẫn xoá dữ liệu

1. Giới thiệu

Trang này hướng dẫn cách bạn yêu cầu Atento ("Atento", "chúng tôi") xoá thông tin cá nhân của mình. Hướng dẫn áp dụng cho dữ liệu thu thập qua website atento.vn, các biểu mẫu đăng ký, tài khoản học viên và các tích hợp bên thứ ba (bao gồm Facebook/Meta).

Việc xoá dữ liệu được thực hiện theo Chính sách bảo mật của Atento và pháp luật hiện hành về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.

2. Cách yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu bằng một trong các cách sau:

• Gửi email tới admin@atento.vn với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu".
• Trong email, nêu rõ họ tên, địa chỉ email và số điện thoại bạn đã dùng khi đăng ký hoặc sử dụng dịch vụ của Atento.
• Huỷ đăng ký nhận bản tin bằng liên kết "Huỷ đăng ký" ở cuối mỗi email Atento gửi cho bạn — thao tác này xoá bạn khỏi danh sách nhận bản tin.
• Nếu bạn đã đăng nhập vào Atento bằng tài khoản Facebook, bạn có thể ngắt kết nối ứng dụng: vào Facebook > Cài đặt và quyền riêng tư > Cài đặt > Ứng dụng và trang web, chọn Atento rồi nhấn Xoá.

3. Thông tin cần cung cấp

Để chúng tôi xác minh và xử lý yêu cầu chính xác, vui lòng cung cấp: họ tên, địa chỉ email và/hoặc số điện thoại liên quan đến dữ liệu bạn muốn xoá, cùng mô tả ngắn gọn về yêu cầu. Chúng tôi có thể liên hệ lại để xác minh danh tính trước khi thực hiện, nhằm bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn khỏi yêu cầu xoá trái phép.

4. Dữ liệu sẽ được xoá

Khi yêu cầu được xác minh, chúng tôi sẽ xoá:

• Thông tin tài khoản: họ tên, địa chỉ email, số điện thoại và mật khẩu đã mã hoá.
• Thông tin và câu trả lời bạn đã gửi qua các biểu mẫu đăng ký tư vấn, đăng ký sự kiện/seminar và đăng ký nhận bản tin.
• Hồ sơ học tập và tiến độ học gắn với tài khoản của bạn (nếu có).
• Dữ liệu đo lường gắn với mã định danh của bạn, trong phạm vi chúng tôi có thể xác định và xoá.

5. Dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại

Chúng tôi có thể phải giữ lại một số thông tin trong thời gian cần thiết để tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý (ví dụ: hoá đơn, chứng từ kế toán, thuế) hoặc để giải quyết tranh chấp và thực thi thoả thuận. Dữ liệu đã được ẩn danh hoá hoặc tổng hợp để không còn nhận dạng được cá nhân bạn có thể được giữ lại cho mục đích thống kê và cải thiện dịch vụ.

6. Thời gian xử lý

Chúng tôi sẽ xác nhận đã tiếp nhận yêu cầu trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc và hoàn tất việc xoá dữ liệu trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày xác minh được danh tính của bạn, trừ trường hợp pháp luật yêu cầu lưu giữ lâu hơn. Sau khi hoàn tất, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho bạn qua email.

This page explains how you can request that Atento ("Atento", "we", "us") delete your personal information. It applies to data collected through the atento.vn website, our registration forms, student accounts and third-party integrations (including Facebook/Meta).

Data deletion is carried out in accordance with the Atento Privacy Policy and applicable personal data protection laws.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data in any of the following ways:

• Email us at admin@atento.vn with the subject line "Data deletion request".
• In your email, state the full name, email address and phone number you used when registering for or using Atento services.
• Unsubscribe from our newsletter using the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send you — this removes you from our mailing list.
• If you signed in to Atento with a Facebook account, you can disconnect the app: go to Facebook > Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, select Atento and click Remove.

3. Information to Provide

To help us verify and process your request accurately, please provide the full name, email address and/or phone number associated with the data you want deleted, together with a short description of your request. We may contact you to verify your identity before acting, in order to protect your data from unauthorised deletion requests.

4. Data We Will Delete

Once your request is verified, we will delete:

• Account information: full name, email address, phone number and hashed password.
• Information and answers you submitted through consultation, event/seminar registration and newsletter forms.
• Learning profile and course progress linked to your account (if any).
• Measurement data linked to your identifiers, to the extent we can identify and delete it.

5. Data We May Retain

We may need to retain some information for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example invoices, accounting and tax records), or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Data that has been anonymised or aggregated so that it no longer identifies you may be retained for statistics and service improvement.

6. Processing Time

We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity, unless the law requires us to retain the data for longer. We will notify you by email once the process is complete.
